Near the house there is a boiler house for this and near building needs is situated. IHM for Radiator Heating and Hot Water Supply systems of the tower building were installed inside the boiler house. 

In the existing boiler house, which is designed for Shell & Tube water heaters for HWS assembling, IHM for independent Radiator Heating and HWS circuit with pumps, regulating equipment and calculating devices were installed.

Near the houses there is a Heat Distribution Station from which the hot water and heat carrier supply is carried out for independent heat supply system.

Under the HDS retrofit, after the exchange of Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers for Plate ones, compact pump units, regulating equipment and calculating devices it was succeeded to free 2/3 of HDS area.

In 1996 two Heat Exchangers for Heating Supply and 4 Heat Exchangers for Hot Water Supply were installed for the micro-district needs.

"Topol-1" and "Topol-2" districts

In the framework of landslip 1997 results elimination the Radiator Heating and Hot Water Supply systems of "Topol" district were completely reconstructed.

The four HDS, which supply with heat and hot tap water 16 dwelling houses, reconstruction was carried out. Heat Exchangers, stop equipment, pumps, calculating devices and automatic regulators were installed in HDS.

HDS, which supplies with heat and hot tap water the "Topol-2" district was reconstructed. The total heat capacity of HDS after reconstruction is come to 42 GCal per hour.

Two Heat Exchangers for Heating Supply and 4 Heat Exchangers for Hot Water Supply were installed for the micro-district needs.

Three sectional dwelling house, Kedrina street

Near the houses there is a Heat Distribution Station, which supplies this house with hot tap water and heat.

In HDS the double IHM of independent Radiator Heating and HWS circuit with pumps, control equipment and calculating devices was installed.
