Modular Heat Substations 

The Individual Heat Module (IHM) Substation for heat supply, venting and / or hot tap water supply is a unique construction, which is developed by AO Sodrugestvo-T Engineering Company jointly with experts of the Center of Integrated Energy Saving Technologies attached to NTU "KhPI". IHM is the  heat exchange unit complex, specifically prepared to satisfy demand specifications resulting from the assessment of the basic heat exchanger's temperature (flow rate, pressure), controllers, modern pump equipment, and fittings available from the leading producers of components.

The Modular Substation optimizes the provision of the majority of energy saving measures in a single unit, which can be carried out at the latest level of technological development.

Because of its extreme compactness, the Modular Substations manufactured from the basic of Alfa Laval Heat Exchangers, do not require the construction of any special facilities, as they can be located in existing facilities, whilst considerably increasing its heat capacity.

The IHM calculation is carried out according to original techniques, which combine the optimal selection of the required equipment package, modern methods and long-term experience in different heat-power engineering specifications, and municipal engineering applications.

The IHM can also include any additional equipment applications at the customer's request.
